Treasurer's Report:  John noted that Jerry H sent the Board via emailthe December 2018 Meeting Donation Summary, Profit & Loss Statement, and Balance Sheet.  John proposed we wait until the February Board meeting to approve.

Old Business:

House Painting:  Daren met with volunteers and they established a plan. Painting will occur before the February Board meeting.

Water Softener proposal & church input:  John mentioned he had not yet received approval/disapproval for possible water softener purchase from the Church.  Dalles did run the numbers and suggests it is not economically feasible to purchase and maintain. He suggested tabling this indefinitely, which was agreed to.

Pop machine parts and repair:  Dalles searched Craigslist and did find a $250 used machine, which can take coins but not bills (unless bill authenticator is replaced). Sarah suggested that we take the bill authenticator from the old machine. Daren asked who can do that, and also what would we do with old machine.  And, would we want to use the machine if it can only take coins. Sarah made a motion to purchase the pop machine for a price up to $250.   Daren seconded the motion and the motion passed.  Dalles will contact the seller and pick it up if it's still available. He offered, as well, to store the existing broken one in his personal garage.

New Business:

Gopher State:  Brad noted that Brad C is the Alano member who typically organizes this event.  John suggested we discuss at next month's meeting and ensure that Jerry has reserved the room.

A motion to close the meeting was made by Dalles.  Sarah seconded the motion and the motion passed. The meeting closed with the Lord's Prayer at 6:20 pm.

Respectfully submitted,
